But the trouble is vegetable oil is present in countless foods even if you are not aware of it. You find it in such foods as chips, nuts, and cookies (biscuits), and many ready-made meals. When you buy food from the supermarket check to see what oils are used and cut out those with these damaging oils. This simple change will work wonders for acne sufferers.
Make sure that you keep your hands clean. Always wash your face with a good acid balanced cleanser or any other AHA based cleanser. Never over clean your skin. Just clean it twice or thrice a day. Do not even think of touching the spot. Touching the spots will infect them. Don't remove the comedones. Consult your doctor if you need to do so.
Laser and light therapy is often the best of the acne scarring treatment methods available, and can be used to burn away the front layer of skin, allowing new and fresh skin to regrow in order to replace the scarring. Since scarring is usually not very deep with acne, the chances of new skin growing and replacing the old skin is quite high.
